These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph896 ("ph896," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ph896 website located at ph896.app and all associated gaming services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the ph896 Platform without prior written consent from ph896.

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, ph896, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ph896's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ph896 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph896 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

ph896 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its players. Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity and must not be used as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

ph896 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from any player's Account Settings:

ph896 may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, provide false registration information, engage in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to ph896's customer support team for informal resolution. ph896 will endeavor to resolve complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process. Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of the PAGCOR process retain the right to pursue legal remedies before the competent courts of the Philippines.
