Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction in accordance with the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9160.
KYC verification documents are retained for five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the most recent transaction, whichever is later.
After the applicable retention period, ph896 will securely destroy or anonymize your personal data in accordance with the DPA's data disposal requirements.
